The FaMe HR (Human Resources) module now has a resubmission function for qualifications. Certain skills like emergency assistant or security officer need regular re-examinations some of which required by law. You can now assign these exams and trainings to a person. FaMe will then automatically send a reminder by e-mail, text message or through the FM dashboard.

BOND

A performance bond ensures payment of a sum (not exceeding a stated maximum) of money in case the contractor fails in the full performance of the contract.

FaMe E- Mail Server

FaMe developed an internal mail server. Mails are created at different places in the database and are collected at an internal FaMe mail server.

By a predefined time interval a function checks the mail server, if new mails should be sent.

If yes, the FaMe system sends mails to the given e- mail addresses.

E- mail distribution lists can be created optionally. In this case, all persons in the distribution list get the mail, which can be sent in plain text or HTML format.

CAD Update

FaMe revised the CAD interface completely, the new CAD versions require a redesign. The new FaMe CAD interface is in the delivery status and is based on the new opportunities of the CAD versions. Acitv-X components are not necessary like before, also the security settings of internet browser are automatically considered now. The interface is designed, that the FaMe viewer and the FaMe Building Management interface (BMS) are operated as well. A core function is still the connection between CAD and the FaMe system.

FaMe® EFMC Glasgow

FaMe® took part the first time at the EFMC Conference in Glasgow. FaMe® presents the whole range of their property management products. Especially, a lot of the European service providers visited the FaMe® booth. Their interest was the unique seamless integration of technical and commercial operations. After the technical part is done, automatically the commercial operation is also done. No double data entry for one task is necessary.

FaMe® FM-Expo Adeleide

After the successful launch of the FaMe® products at the FM Expo in Sydney (see NEWS xyxy) FaMe® attends also at the FM conference of the FM council Australia and presented the FaMe® CAFM modules. FaMe® established several contacts, also to some Australian Universities. The integration BMS (Building Automation System) with CAFM was also one core topic at the conference. FaMe® provides a solution with BACnet integration and convinced the visitors with the FaMe® APP Smartphone connection. Most of the visitors have never heard about this kind of solutions.

FaMe® Sydney Conference

FaMe® extends their activities to the Australian market in order with their Singapore subsidiary. FaMe® presented the first time in Australia their products at the yearly FM Expo, in Sydney. The connection and interaction between BMS systems and CAFM systems are a key function for the Australian market and FaMe® standard. The FaMe® “ONE STOP” comprehensive solution was a new experience for the audience. More than 30 modules in one solution under one surface without interfaces were impressively for most of the visitors.

FaMe® took part at the Green Building Conference

FaMe® took part at the Green Building Conference https://qgbcannualconference.com in Qatar. FaMe® presented the first time the new Smart Home solution at the public. During the FaMe® speech at the Green Building Council FaMe® reports about the opportunities to implement building automation for flats and family houses. The new products underline, that the FaMe® products always show the “State of the Art”. FaMe® was the only CAFM company, which shows the integration from home automation at their solution at the Green Building Conference.

BACnet Interface

FaMe BACnet Interface more than two Years succeful at Clients projects. FaMe support since two years the BACnet Interface. BACnet is a common interface to link other systems with BMS (Building Management System) solutions. The FaMe BACnet Intrafce use WEB server to link the FaMe System with the BMS System. FaMe Accounting Source Tax

FaMe Accounting solution is available in several countries. FaMe supports different tax rules. FaMe adds a new Tax rule which is common at some arabic speaking countries.
