A written guaranty from a third party guarantor (usually a bank or an insurance company) submitted to a principal (client or customer) by a contractor on winning the bid. A performance bond ensures payment of a sum (not exceeding a stated maximum) of money in case the contractor fails in the full performance of the contract.
FaMe erweitert das Accountingmodul. In vielen Ländern werden Erfüllungsgarantien durch sogenannte Performance Bonds abgesichert. In Deutschland vergleichbar mit Bürgschaften. FaMe hatte im Gewährleistungsmodul die Verwaltung von Bürgschaften integriert. Diese Funktionen wurden jetzt aus dem Gewährleistungsmodul separiert, so dass diese Funktion auch für viele andere Sachverhalte genutzt werden kann. Typische Formen der Absicherung, z.B. für die Vertragserfüllung, sind auch Wechsel, Schuldverschreibungen, verschiedene Arten von Bürgschaften oder eben Bonds oder Performance Bonds.
FaMe developed an internal mail server. Mails are created at different places in the database and are collected at an internal FaMe mail server.
By a predefined time interval a function checks the mail server, if new mails should be sent.
If yes, the FaMe system sends mails to the given e- mail addresses.
E- mail distribution lists can be created optionally. In this case, all persons in the distribution list get the mail, which can be sent in plain text or HTML format.
