FaMe hat eine Smart Home Anbinung entwickelt.Über ein Smartphone kann z.B die Heizung, Lüftung oder das Licht gesteuert werden. Über Bewgungsmelder kann festgestellt werden, ob sich jemand im Haus befindet. Kameras und Feuer-/Rauchsensoren können ebenfalls verbunden werden. Die FaMe Lösung ist aber mehr als nur die Steuerung über ein Smartphone. FaMe verbindet und bewertet andere Datenquellen, wie z.B. Wettervorhersagen, mit dem zentralen Server.
